How do we do it? Through individual and group coaching. During our sessions, I help you develop simple yet effective routines and habits. These routines and habits will help you achieve your career goals without sacrificing your values, well-being, and time to live the life you want. We focus on understanding your perspective, making small manageable actions out of the enormous big picture, and accountability to your milestones.

  • Here is how you can get started in a coaching program.

    Step 1: We have a 30 minute, no-cost discovery session to establish where you are and where you want to be. This discovery session offers us a chance to see if we’ll work well together and whether individual or group coaching is right for you. I’m here to guide you. Only you can put the habits and routines to work for your success.

    Step 2: If we feel coaching together will be a productive relationship, you enroll in either individual or group sessions based on your preference and schedule. 

    Step 3: We begin our work together, meeting via Zoom to co-create your strategies and plan of action to accomplish your goals.

    *Please note all sessions are 60 minutes long. The frequency for group coaching is six consecutive weeks and six bi-weekly sessions for individual coaching.

  • Each person is a unique individual, and every group is unique so our sessions will reflect on who you are and your goals and flow with the natural dynamic of those participating.

    Following our discovery session, here are the things we dive into:

    Establish where you are to where you want to be

    Articulate your values, non-negotiables, and visions for your future

    Identify your unique challenges – where you need the most focus, where you need more accountability, and which challenges interfere the most with your goals

    Explore new perspectives for your most common roadblocks

    Define what you’re willing or not willing to do to reach your goals

    Celebrate and leverage your amazing capabilities, so we can call upon your strengths and ‘hidden’ talents to reach your goals

    Map out a 6-8 week action plan that includes the nitty-gritty details of where you want to be by the time your sessions are over, listing out the milestones to reach it in the short term

    Implement the action plan with the tools and strategies we mapped out

    Check-in constantly on your progress towards your goals

    Evaluate the tools and strategies objectively to make adjustments to ensure their effectiveness and longevity in your life

  • No two sessions will be exactly the same.

  • When our sessions have concluded, you’ll have a personalized set of strategies that leverage your strengths, your personality, and your workstyle to utilize every day.

  • While many of the benefits and experiences of individual and group coaching are similar, there are some unique differences.

    Group Coaching Programs:

    Are limited to 10 participants. This size is optimal for creating community and connectedness to others experiencing similar challenges while being held accountable to your personal goals

    Meet for 60 minutes for six consecutive weeks via Zoom

    Offer each participant an additional 60-minute individual coaching session with me following the six group sessions

    Are approximately 50% of the investment of individual coaching

    Create accountability partnerships for the duration of the program (and beyond!)

    Are confidential as each participant agrees to create a safe space for everyone to share openly and honestly and where each participant agrees not to share outside of the group

    Individual Coaching Programs:

    Offer a fully personalized approach to coaching where you are in the driver’s seat as we address what’s happening for you at that time

    Follow a bi-weekly schedule of six 60-minute sessions over approximately 12 weeks scheduled at your convenience

    Build an accountability partnership with me, your coach, to help you along your journey

    Are private and fully confidential, creating a space for you to explore any topic in a safe space in order to overcome it
